Pinnacle Bank Championship’s Cards for Charity Event Raises 50K for Local Nonprofits
April 16, 2026
The Pinnacle Bank Championship presented by Woodhouse raised $50,000 for Nebraska nonprofits at its annual Cards for Charity event, hosted by the tournament’s ambassador group, The 15th Club.
The event serves as a fundraiser for organizations making a direct impact across the community.
This year, the event supported Kingdom Sports with $30,000 and ALS in the Heartland with $20,000.
Kingdom Sports equips coaches and athletes through faith-based training and mentorship across the Omaha metro.
“The funds from the tournament will allow Kingdom Sports to support and train new staff who will be serving coaches and athletes throughout the Omaha-Metro areas,” said Gordon Thiessen, Kingdom Sports Founder and CEO.
ALS in the Heartland provides support, resources and advocacy for individuals and families affected by ALS across Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota. The $20,000 donation will help advance community-based support for those navigating the disease.
Cards for Charity is part of the Pinnacle Bank Championship’s mission to impact the Omaha community beyond the golf course.
“Cards for Charity is all about coming together to make an impact. With the support of our 15th Club members and the Omaha community, we’re able to support organizations that are making a difference where it matters most,” said Pinnacle Bank Championship Tournament Director Jessica Brabec.
The Pinnacle Bank Championship runs from August 3 – 9, 2026. For more information about the Pinnacle Bank Championship presented by Woodhouse and its charitable giving, visit our community page.
